Regarding consultations:
The consultations are done on the telephone, as this kind of communication is most effective with no distractions. It is meant to be a consultation with the opportunity for your animal to have a say in the matter at hand. Your animal companion(s) do not have to be in the same room with you during the consultation. Remember this a consultation to hear what the animal/bird/fish/reptile/insect's point of view on the matters at hand are which is a delicate matter and not always black and white. It may take time and understanding to interpret what we are getting. This works best as a partnership, with the humans and animals all working toward bringing more understanding. It should be mutually beneficial to all, and increase the harmony in the people and animal's life.
I ask for payment to support the time and energy I put into making myself available to do this work, not as a guarantee that every consultation is 100% foolproof. Telepathy is not a scientific field, and if you are looking for someone to fix all your problems, look elsewhere. I will work with you; using the skills I have developed to help decipher the problem at hand. I will only work with those who are clear about the responsibility that they have in solving their own problems, with help from professionals like myself. Then we can get on to having fun and finding our own joys!

Beforehand, it often helps to write out the questions, issues and things you want to say/ask your animals, which helps you to be calm, clear and open once we begin, and not forget something important in the conversation.

These workshops focus on the physical aspects as well as the emotional and spiritual nature of animals. Karen discusses how animals interpret and understand people's words and behavior, and how people and animals can improve their relationships by understanding each other's thoughts and feelings through telepathic communication.
"Listen to the Animals" workshop is geared to help people discover and fine tune their own inherent abilities to communicate telepathically with animals. "Still Listening to the Animals" workshops help renew and deepen one's experience of interspecies communication. These workshops practice meditations and exercises to give you the key to the techniques that will open the door to the wealth of wisdom that comes from being in "right relationship" with our companions of all kinds, furred, feathered and scaled (and humans of course!). They can help with better communication with others.

These workshops are a chance to remember your forgotten abilities to telepathically communicate with other beings, specifically our companion animals.
